  • H4910 — מָשַׁל (mâshal, maw-shal'): a primitive root; to rule; (have, make to have) dominion, governor, [idiom] indeed, reign, (bear, cause to, have) rule(-ing, -r), have power.
  • H7101 — קָצִין (qâtsîyn, kaw-tseen'): from קָצָה in the sense of determining; a magistrate (as deciding) or other leader; captain, guide, prince, ruler. Compare עֵת קָצִין.
