For a certain [man] named Demetrius, a silversmith, which made silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain unto the craftsmen;

Whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth.

- G693 — ἀργύρεος (argýreos, ar-goo'-reh-os): made of silver — from ἄργυρος; made of silver:--(of) silver.
- G695 — ἀργυροκόπος (argyrokópos, ar-goo-rok-op'-os): a silversmith — from ἄργυρος and κόπτω; a beater (i.e. worker) of silver:--silversmith.
- G735 — Ἄρτεμις (Ártemis, ar'-tem-is): the Persian or Ephesian Artemis — probably from the same as ἀρτέμων; prompt; Artemis, the name of a Grecian goddess borrowed by the Asiatics for one of their deities:--Diana.
