And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned [them] with an overthrow, making [them] an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:

- G764 — ἀσεβέω (asebéō, as-eb-eh'-o): I am impious, irreverent, do impiously — from ἀσεβής; to be (by implied act) impious or wicked:--commit (live, that after should live) ungodly.
- G1116 — Γόμοῤῥα (Gómorrha, gom'-or-hrhah): Gomorrah — of Hebrew origin (עֲמֹרָה); Gomorrha (i.e. Amorah), a place near the Dead Sea:--Gomorrha.
