The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee.

And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third [day] I shall be perfected.

Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the [day] following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.

- G258 — ἀλώπηξ (alṓpēx, al-o'-pakes): a fox — of uncertain derivation; a fox, i.e. (figuratively) a cunning person:--fox.
- G839 — αὔριον (aúrion, ow'-ree-on): tomorrow — from a derivative of the same as ἀήρ (meaning a breeze, i.e. the morning air); properly, fresh, i.e. (adverb with ellipsis of ἡμέρα) to-morrow:--(to-)morrow, next day.
- G846 — αὐτός (autós, ow-tos'): he, she, it, they, them, same — from the particle (perhaps akin to the base of ἀήρ through the idea of a baffling wind) (backward); the reflexive pronoun self, used (alone or in the comparative ἑαυτοῦ) of the third person , and (with the proper personal pronoun) of the other persons:--her, it(-self), one, the other, (mine) own, said, (self-), the) same, ((him-, my-, thy- )self, (your-)selves, she, that, their(-s), them(-selves), there(-at, - by, -in, -into, -of, -on, -with), they, (these) things, this (man), those, together, very, which. - G1140 — δαιμόνιον (daimónion, dahee-mon'-ee-on): an evil-spirit, demon — neuter of a derivative of δαίμων; a dæmonic being; by extension a deity:--devil, god.
- G1544 — ἐκβάλλω (ekbállō, ek-bal'-lo): I throw, cast, put out, banish, bring forth, produce — from ἐκ and βάλλω; to eject (literally or figuratively):--bring forth, cast (forth, out), drive (out), expel, leave, pluck (pull, take, thrust) out, put forth (out), send away (forth, out).
- G2005 — ἐπιτελέω (epiteléō, ep-ee-tel-eh'-o): I complete, accomplish, perfect — from ἐπί and τελέω; to fulfill further (or completely), i.e. execute; by implication, to terminate, undergo:--accomplish, do, finish, (make) (perfect), perform(X -ance).
- G2036 — ἔπω (épō, ep'-o): a primary verb (used only in the definite past tense, the others being borrowed from ἐρέω, ῥέω, and φημί); to speak or say (by word or writing):--answer, bid, bring word, call, command, grant, say (on), speak, tell. Compare λέγω.
- G2392 — ἴασις (íasis, ee'-as-is): a cure, healing — from ἰάομαι; curing (the act):--cure, heal(-ing).
- G2400 — ἰδού (idoú, id-oo'): See! Lo! Behold! Look! — second person singular imperative middle voice of εἴδω; used as imperative lo!; --behold, lo, see.
- G2532 — καί (kaí, kahee): and, even, also, namely — apparently, a primary particle, having a copulative and sometimes also a cumulative force; and, also, even, so then, too, etc.; often used in connection (or composition) with other particles or small words:--and, also, both, but, even, for, if, or, so, that, then, therefore, when, yet.
