2 Corinthians 11:24 2 Corinthians 11:25 (KJV) 2 Corinthians 11:26
Of the Jews five times received I forty [stripes] save one.
Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;
[In] journeyings often, [in] perils of waters, [in] perils of robbers, [in] perils by [mine own] countrymen, [in] perils by the heathen, [in] perils in the city, [in] perils in the wilderness, [in] perils in the sea, [in] perils among false brethren;

Strong's References
  • G530 — ἅπαξ (hápax, hap'-ax): once, once for all — probably from ἅπας; one (or a single) time (numerically or conclusively):--once.
  • G1037 — βυθός (bythós, boo-thos'): the deep sea — a variation of βάθος; depth, i.e. (by implication) the sea:--deep.
  • G1722 — ἐν (en, en): in, on, among — a primary preposition denoting (fixed) position (in place, time or state), and (by implication) instrumentality (medially or constructively), i.e. a relation of rest (intermediate between εἰς and ἐκ); "in," at, (up-)on, by, etc.:--about, after, against, + almost, X altogether, among, X as, at, before, between, (here-)by (+ all means), for (… sake of), + give self wholly to, (here-)in(-to, -wardly), X mightily, (because) of, (up-)on, (open-)ly, X outwardly, one, X quickly, X shortly, (speedi-)ly, X that, X there(-in, -on), through(-out), (un-)to(-ward), under, when, where(-with), while, with(-in). Often used in compounds, with substantially the same import; rarely with verbs of motion, and then not to indicate direction, except (elliptically) by a separate (and different) preposition.
  • G3034 — λιθάζω (litházō, lith-ad'-zo): I stone — from λίθος; to lapidate:--stone.
  • G3489 — ναυαγέω (nauagéō, now-ag-eh'-o): I am shipwrecked, ruined — from a compound of ναῦς and ἄγω; to be shipwrecked (stranded, "navigate"), literally or figuratively:--make (suffer) shipwreck.
  • G3574 — νυχθήμερον (nychthḗmeron, nookh-thay'-mer-on): twenty-four hours — from νύξ and ἡμέρα; a day-and-night, i.e. full day of twenty-four hours:--night and day.
  • G4160 — ποιέω (poiéō, poy-eh'-o): I do, make — apparently a prolonged form of an obsolete primary; to make or do (in a very wide application, more or less direct):--abide, + agree, appoint, X avenge, + band together, be, bear, + bewray, bring (forth), cast out, cause, commit, + content, continue, deal, + without any delay, (would) do(-ing), execute, exercise, fulfil, gain, give, have, hold, X journeying, keep, + lay wait, + lighten the ship, make, X mean, + none of these things move me, observe, ordain, perform, provide, + have purged, purpose, put, + raising up, X secure, shew, X shoot out, spend, take, tarry, + transgress the law, work, yield. Compare πράσσω.
  • G4463 — ῥαβδίζω (rhabdízō, hrab-did'-zo): I beat with rods, scourge — from ῥάβδος; to strike with a stick, i.e. bastinado:--beat (with rods).
  • G5151 — τρίς (trís, trece): three times — adverb from τρεῖς; three times:--three times, thrice.

The following Strong's numbers are referenced in the Greek (Textus Receptus, Scrivener 1894) text but were not explicitly tagged in the KJV source:

  • G3588 — ὁ (ho, ho): the — the definite article; the (sometimes to be supplied, at others omitted, in English idiom):--the, this, that, one, he, she, it, etc.
