Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:

Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

autōn | G846 | P-GPM | of their |
- G52 — ἄγνοια (ágnoia, ag'-noy-ah): ignorance — from ἀγνοέω; ignorance (properly, the quality):--ignorance.
- G526 — ἀπαλλοτριόω (apallotrióō, ap-al-lot-ree-o'-o): I estrange, alienate — from ἀπό and a derivative of ἀλλότριος; to estrange away, i.e. (passively and figuratively) to be non-participant:-- alienate, be alien.
- G846 — αὐτός (autós, ow-tos'): he, she, it, they, them, same — from the particle (perhaps akin to the base of ἀήρ through the idea of a baffling wind) (backward); the reflexive pronoun self, used (alone or in the comparative ἑαυτοῦ) of the third person , and (with the proper personal pronoun) of the other persons:--her, it(-self), one, the other, (mine) own, said, (self-), the) same, ((him-, my-, thy- )self, (your-)selves, she, that, their(-s), them(-selves), there(-at, - by, -in, -into, -of, -on, -with), they, (these) things, this (man), those, together, very, which. Compare αὑτοῦ.
- G1223 — διά (diá, dee-ah'): through, on account of — a primary preposition denoting the channel of an act; through (in very wide applications, local, causal, or occasional):--after, always, among, at, to avoid, because of (that), briefly, by, for (cause) … fore, from, in, by occasion of, of, by reason of, for sake, that, thereby, therefore, X though, through(-out), to, wherefore, with (-in). In composition it retains the same general importance.
- G1271 — διάνοια (diánoia, dee-an'-oy-ah): understanding, intellect, mind — from διά and νοῦς; deep thought, properly, the faculty (mind or its disposition), by implication, its exercise:-- imagination, mind, understanding.
- G1722 — ἐν (en, en): in, on, among — a primary preposition denoting (fixed) position (in place, time or state), and (by implication) instrumentality (medially or constructively), i.e. a relation of rest (intermediate between εἰς and ἐκ); "in," at, (up-)on, by, etc.:--about, after, against, + almost, X altogether, among, X as, at, before, between, (here-)by (+ all means), for (… sake of), + give self wholly to, (here-)in(-to, -wardly), X mightily, (because) of, (up-)on, (open-)ly, X outwardly, one, X quickly, X shortly, (speedi-)ly, X that, X there(-in, -on), through(-out), (un-)to(-ward), under, when, where(-with), while, with(-in). Often used in compounds, with substantially the same import; rarely with verbs of motion, and then not to indicate direction, except (elliptically) by a separate (and different) preposition.
- G2222 — ζωή (zōḗ, dzo-ay'): life — from ζάω; life (literally or figuratively):--life(-time). Compare ψυχή.
- G2316 — θεός (theós, theh'-os): God, a god — of uncertain affinity; a deity, especially (with ὁ) the supreme Divinity; figuratively, a magistrate; by Hebraism, very:--X exceeding, God, god(-ly, -ward).
- G2588 — καρδία (kardía, kar-dee'-ah): the heart, inner life, intention — prolonged from a primary (Latin cor, "heart"); the heart, i.e. (figuratively) the thoughts or feelings (mind); also (by analogy) the middle:--(+ broken-)heart(-ed).
- G4457 — πώρωσις (pṓrōsis, po'-ro-sis): hardness of heart — from πωρόω; stupidity or callousness:--blindness, hardness.
- G4654 — σκοτίζω (skotízō, skot-id-zo): I darken — from σκότος; to obscure (literally or figuratively):--darken.
