Romans 8:33

Romans 8:32 Romans 8:33 (KJV) Romans 8:34
He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? [It is] God that justifieth.
Who [is] he that condemneth? [It is] Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Strong's References
  • G1344 — δικαιόω (dikaióō, dik-ah-yo'-o): I make righteous, defend the cause of, justify — from δίκαιος; to render (i.e. show or regard as) just or innocent:--free, justify(-ier), be righteous.
  • G1458 — ἐγκαλέω (enkaléō, eng-kal-eh'-o): I bring a charge against, accuse — from ἐν and καλέω; to call in (as a debt or demand), i.e. bring to account (charge, criminate, etc.):--accuse, call in question, implead, lay to the charge.
  • G1588 — ἐκλεκτός (eklektós, ek-lek-tos'): chosen, elect, choice, select — from ἐκλέγομαι; select; by implication, favorite:--chosen, elect.
  • G2316 — θεός (theós, theh'-os): God, a god — of uncertain affinity; a deity, especially (with ὁ) the supreme Divinity; figuratively, a magistrate; by Hebraism, very:--X exceeding, God, god(-ly, -ward).
  • G2596 — κατά (katá, kat-ah'): down from, against, according to, throughout, during — a primary particle; (prepositionally) down (in place or time), in varied relations (according to the case (genitive, dative or accusative) with which it is joined):--about, according as (to), after, against, (when they were) X alone, among, and, X apart, (even, like) as (concerning, pertaining to touching), X aside, at, before, beyond, by, to the charge of, (charita-)bly, concerning, + covered, (dai-)ly, down, every, (+ far more) exceeding, X more excellent, for, from … to, godly, in(-asmuch, divers, every, -to, respect of), … by, after the manner of, + by any means, beyond (out of) measure, X mightily, more, X natural, of (up-)on (X part), out (of every), over against, (+ your) X own, + particularly, so, through(-oughout, -oughout every), thus, (un-)to(-gether, -ward), X uttermost, where(-by), with. In composition it retains many of these applications, and frequently denotes opposition, distribution, or intensity.
  • G5101 — τίς (tís, tis): who, which, what — probably emphatic of τὶς; an interrogative pronoun, who, which or what (in direct or indirect questions):--every man, how (much), + no(-ne, thing), what (manner, thing), where (-by, -fore, -of, -unto, - with, -withal), whether, which, who(-m, -se), why.

The following Strong's numbers are referenced in the Greek (Textus Receptus, Scrivener 1894) text but were not explicitly tagged in the KJV source:

  • G3588 — ὁ (ho, ho): the — the definite article; the (sometimes to be supplied, at others omitted, in English idiom):--the, this, that, one, he, she, it, etc.
