Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;

But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

ἀλλ’ ἀπειπάμεθα τὰ κρυπτὰ τῆς αἰσχύνης, μὴ περιπατοῦντες ἐν πανουργίᾳ μηδὲ δολοῦντες τὸν λόγον τοῦ Θεοῦ, ἀλλὰ τῇ φανερώσει τῆς ἀληθείας συνιστώντες ἑαυτοὺς πρὸς πᾶσαν συνείδησιν ἀνθρώπων ἐνώπιον τοῦ Θεοῦ.

- G152 — αἰσχύνη (aischýnē, ahee-skhoo'-nay): shame — from αἰσχύνομαι; shame or disgrace (abstractly or concretely):--dishonesty, shame.

- G3366 — μηδέ (mēdé, may-deh'): and not, not even — from μή and δέ; but not, not even; in a continued negation, nor:--neither, nor (yet), (no) not (once, so much as).
- G3834 — πανουργία (panourgía, pan-oorg-ee'-ah): cunning, craftiness — from πανοῦργος; adroitness, i.e. (in a bad sense) trickery or sophistry:--(cunning) craftiness, subtilty.
